For years, XL Structural has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial buildings across New Zealand. But as our capabilities have grown, so too has the need for a name that truly reflects who we are — and what we do. 

We began with a focus on structural steel kitset sheds. Today, we’re a fully integrated design and build company, with an in-house team of architectural and structural designers, consent consultants, and project managers. We deliver end-to-end building solutions with clarity, precision, and purpose. Our clients don’t just come to us for the product — they choose us for the way we make the process smarter, smoother, and more efficient. 

The name XL Structural no longer captured that. It spoke to a single material, not to the full scope of what we now offer. That’s why we’ve rebranded to Attika — a name inspired by the Greek word for concise and clear expression. It reflects our philosophy of smart simplicity: removing friction, reducing complexity, and focusing on what matters most — building better. 

While our name has changed, the fundamentals haven’t. You’ll still be working with the same trusted team, backed by the same ownership, and proudly supported by our parent company, Alpine Buildings NZ Ltd. Our systems, invoicing, and commitment to excellence all remain the same — just now under a name that better represents the expertise, agility, and ambition that defines us.

Key Information: What You Need to Know 

• Same ownership, same team. This is not a change in ownership — just a name that better fits who we are. You’ll continue working with the same experienced people, backed by the same company you know and trust. 

• No changes to invoicing. All billing and payment processes remain exactly as they’ve always been. You’ll continue to use the same systems, with no disruption to accounts. 

• Same ways to reach us. Phone numbers and contacts remain unchanged. Our new Attika email addresses are live, and any emails sent to XL Structural addresses will be automatically redirected. 

• Seamless transition. The rebrand has been carefully managed to ensure continuity. Business continues as usual.
