The Challenge
AdvanceQuip had outgrown its previous building and wanted a purpose-built solution for the various requirements of the company.
The site is not on town water supply, so a solution for the collection of rainwater and recycling of the water used in the wash-down bays needed to be included.
The Solution
AdvanceQuip has a new 30m x 63m building and is now able to future-proof its business for growth. The key site, positioned on State Highway 1 in Gore, has an architecturally pleasing and efficient design.
