Bevan, the building owner, required a high-quality, future proof and long-lasting commercial building that could accommodate multiple tenants with a mix of trade retail, workshops, and office spaces. The building needed a simple appearance, clearspan interior flexibility, and durable construction to ensure long-term adaptability. 

The Attika Approach

Attika provided a complete design and kitset supply solution, acting as the lead consultant and handling the entire compliance and consent process. The building was designed with adaptability in mind, ensuring that tenant spaces could be modified or expanded with minimal disruption. 

The façade was carefully designed to conceal downpipes, creating a clean, modern look along the length of the canopy. The clearspan interior ensures maximum usability, allowing different businesses to customise their spaces according to their needs.
