Tractortech began as a two-man operation in 2012 focusing on carrying out repairs and maintenance on John Deere tractors for local Ag contractors and farmers. Since its beginning, Tractortech has continued to grow year on year, a result of providing a top-quality job and customer service all at competitive rates to the Waikato region.
As Tractortech expanded, they needed a purpose-built workshop to accommodate their growing workload and enhance efficiency. The new facility had to include large access points, weather protection, office and reception areas, and a mezzanine floor for extra storage and staff facilities. Additionally, integrating a 3-ton overhead gantry crane was essential for improving operational efficiency.
The Attika Approach
Attika provided a full design package, including structural and office plans, fire reports, and building consent, ensuring a seamless construction process. The workshop was designed to maximise functionality, with integrated office space, large access doors, and a clearspan layout for optimal movement.
