SouthQuip Industrial is a Southland-based engineering company specialising in conveyor, handling, and power transmission solutions.
With steady growth in operations, they needed a purpose-built facility to consolidate their team and provide a platform for future expansion.
The Challenge
SouthQuip had outgrown their existing premises and needed a new facility that would:

The Attika Approach
Attika was engaged to design and construct the core structure, including the warehouse, canopy, and office shell. Our role covered structural steel, cladding, roofing, and integration of civil and fire design.
By coordinating steel erection, cladding, and canopy installation in a single sequence, we reduced site disruption and streamlined the build for the main contractor. The design allowed for clear internal spans, practical canopy cover, and an office area ready for client fit-out.
